For the best print quality, please upload 300 DPI PNG files with a transparent background.

If the builder displays a message stating your image contains semi-transparent pixels, your file is not print-ready and may produce poor print results (such as faded, blurry, or unwanted transparent areas).

Please correct the artwork before placing your order. Files with semi-transparent pixels must be fixed prior to printing to ensure the highest quality results.

Please check our Facebook page for the current printing schedule before placing your order. Orders submitted before 12 PM on a scheduled print day will typically be ready for pickup or shipping that evening. “Evening” means once all orders have been completed, packaged, and placed in the pickup bin—this may be earlier or later depending on order volume.

Please keep in mind that while most print days run smoothly, occasional delays can happen due to equipment or production issues. We always do our best to have orders ready as quickly as possible, but same-day completion is not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan accordingly.

Once your order is ready you will receive an email with pick up instructions.

Any orders printed after 12pm of a Friday will not be printed until Monday unless stated differently in our print group.
